For museum ticket purchase - If you arrive within the time slot, you will be able to enter the attraction immediately. However, if you arrive outside of your scheduled time slot, you may need to wait for the next available time slot.

For annual membership purchase - Your physical card will be presented to you upon your first visit to Museum of Ice Cream Singapore, and will not be mailed to you.
