Tickets can only be refunded or rescheduled if MOIC Ticket Insurance is purchased as an add-on upon checkout.
Your ticket entitles you to entry within your 30 minute entry window, and please note that you may need to queue for entry.
All pairs & groups are required to purchase the same ticket type, as each ticket’s entitlements are non-transferable.
Children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
Each ticket admits one person which will be checked at entry, and is valid only on the date of the ticket.
Please note that a ticketing fee of $4 per ticket will be applied at checkout.
Re-entry is not allowed.
Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered or duplicated.
Children 2 years and younger enter for free.
